The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals may have saved Joe Biden’s presidency (“An Illegal Vaccine Mandate,” Review & Outlook, Nov. 15). Currently, that’s no small feat. Blocking the federal vaccine mandate for private employers with 100 or more workers, the court is staving off substantial employee resignations and firings, most of which would be held against the president.

If woke employers don’t repeal their own vaccine mandates, however, they may help the Biden presidency collapse nonetheless. And if Mr. Biden doesn’t stop blaming the public for his failures, he’s toast regardless.
